Shinjuku Aikikai
Tenkei Aikidojo is affiliated with Shinjuku Aikikai. Shinjuku Aikikai is located in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo Prefecture, Japan. Shinjuku Aikikai is headed by Shinjiro Shusami (6th dan). Shinjuku Aikikai offers classes for adults and children. Practice is on Mondays (1st and 3rd), Wednesdays at the Shinjuku Cosmic Center 1F and on Fridays at the Shinjuku Sports Center 3F, First Martial Arts Hall.

What is Aikido?
Aikido is a Japanese martial art founded by Morihei Ueshiba. Rather than meeting force with force, it redirects an attack through throws and joint locks.
Do I need prior experience?
No. New students are welcome year-round, and no experience is needed.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sports clothes are enough for your first class.
How much does it cost?
Registration is Rp 250,000 and includes the annual fee. Monthly training is Rp 200,000. The full fee list is on the dojos page.
